  INGREDIENTS  - 230g flour 🌾   - 1/2 tsp cinnamon 🧂   - 80g softened butter 🧈   - 1 egg 🥚   - 100g caster sugar 🍬   - 3 tsp milk 🥛   DECORATION 100 g of rich, crunchy walnut kennels   🌰  These walnuts will add anirresistible texture and nutty flavor to elevate your dish! PREPARATION Mix the sifted flour, cinnamon, butter suger and chopped dates until you obtain shortcrust pastry. Beat the egg and milk with a whisk and incorporate them into a dough. Knead vigorously. Make balls and spacing them apart, on a buttered baking tray or lined with baking paper. Decorate each cake with half of the walnut kernel and press lightly to secure.
